...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

Sabine River Near Mineola affecting Wood and Smith Counties.

Sabine River Near Gladewater affecting Wood, Smith, Gregg and
Upshur Counties.

Sabine River Near Hawkins affecting Wood, Smith and Upshur
Counties.

...The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following rivers in
Texas...Louisiana...

Sabine River At Logansport affecting Panola, Shelby and De Soto
Counties.

For the Sabine River...including Mineola, Hawkins, Gladewater,
Longview, Beckville, Logansport...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Gladewater.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 36.0 feet, Expect moderate to severe flooding with
some secondary roadways near the river to be closed. Also homes
will be threatened with flooding and preparations should be
completed for a major flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 27.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:15 PM CDT Monday was 27.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 35.1 feet Friday
evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
35.1 feet on 04/29/1952.

Information:
Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

- At 7:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 27.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 7:45 PM CDT Monday was 27.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 31.9 feet early Wednesday
afternoon. It will then fall Friday morning. It will rise to
31.0 feet Friday evening. It will then fall again but remain
above flood stage.
- Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
31.7 feet on 03/04/2018.
