* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of North and Central Texas, including the following counties: Bell, Bosque, Coryell, Ellis, Falls, Freestone, Hamilton, Hill, Kaufman, Lampasas, Limestone, McLennan, Mills, Navarro, Anderson, Henderson, Leon, Van Zandt, Milam and Robertson. * WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor-drainage and urban areas. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall totals of 2 to 4 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 5 inches. Also continue to monitor for additional warnings should they be issued, especially in areas that have already seen excessive rainfall totals over the last 12 to 24 hours.
