...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

Sabine River At Longview affecting Rusk and Gregg Counties.

Sabine River Near Gladewater affecting Wood, Gregg, Upshur and
Smith Counties.

For the Sabine River...including Gladewater and Longview...Moderate
flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Gladewater.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 36.0 feet, Expect moderate to severe flooding with
some secondary roadways near the river to be closed. Also homes
will be threatened with flooding and preparations should be
completed for a major flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 34.4 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 33.1 feet Friday
morning.
- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood

Warning for the following rivers in Texas...

Rabbit Creek At Kilgore affecting Gregg County.

For the Rabbit Creek...including Kilgore...Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Rabbit Creek at Kilgore.

* WHEN...From this morning to Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Expect flooded trails and a private boat
launch.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 10.1 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.4
feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage
tomorrow morning.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.

- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 31.3 feet
Wednesday evening. Additional rises are possible thereafter.

For the Sabine River...including Mineola, Hawkins, and Beckville...
Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Beckville.

* WHEN...From Monday afternoon until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Expect considerable lowland flooding on
the reach of the Sabine River from the Tatum through Beckville and
DeBerry areas with flooded boat ramps, gas and petroleum wells,
and even some low area cabins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 24.2 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early tomorrow afternoon and continue rising to 27.6 feet
early Friday morning. Additional rises are possible
thereafter.
- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
