A Flood Watch has been issued for the northern half of Northeast Texas, Southeast Oklahoma and portions of Southwest Arkansas Wednesday through Wednesday Night. Rainfall accumulations of 2+ inches may lead to flooding of low-lying areas, especially north of the I-30 corridor.
